Who I am

This website is operated by Vitali Gusatinsky, a design consulting sole proprietorship based in Finland. The site address is vitaligusatinsky.com.

What data I collect and why

Contact forms and quiz

If you fill out the qualification quiz or contact form, I collect the information you provide (name, email, answers) to respond to your inquiry. This data is stored in my email and CRM systems and is not shared with third parties.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is stored with my email service provider. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Analytics

I use PostHog to understand how people use the site. PostHog collects anonymized usage data including pages visited, clicks, and session recordings. Session recordings mask all form inputs. PostHog respects your browser's Do Not Track setting. Data is processed in the EU.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Vercel, which may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested). See Vercel's privacy policy for details.

Cookies

PostHog sets cookies and uses localStorage to track anonymous sessions. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used. You can block cookies in your browser settings without affecting core site functionality.

Your rights (GDPR)

As the site is operated from Finland, the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies. You have the right to:

• Access the personal data I hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data
• Request a portable copy of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

Data retention

Contact form and quiz submissions are kept for as long as the business relationship is active or as needed to respond to your inquiry. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for 12 months.
